Dust Collectors
A clean environment where you can see the parts clearly is essential to accurately blast small parts. Effective removal of the very fine micro-abrasives from the workstation requires more than a simple shop vacuum. Only an industrial grade dust collection system can provide appropriate airflow through the work chamber to extract the spent abrasive, as well as the proper filter material to trap the minute particles, returning clean air to the room. Comco offers two lines of industrial dust collectors to handle clean up for the occasional blaster to the fully automated continuous blasting system. In addition to these dust collectors, Comco offers a dust collector and workstation all in a single freestanding unit: the ProCenter.
 DC2000-2300 Series Dust Collectors
Cabinet style dust collectors offer a cost effective solution for removing spent abrasive from the workstation for single MicroBlaster® use. They are freestanding units easily installed and connected to the back of the workstation with a flexible hose. Whether you need a basic system for intermittent use or a more robust unit for heavier blasting, the DC2000-2300 series has a solution for you.
 DC3100-3300 Series Cartridge Dust Collectors
For central systems, high volume production with multiple blasters, or automated systems, the DC3100-3300 series is the right choice. Incorporating the latest cartridge filter technology, automatic cleaning, and convenient media disposal, these heavy-duty units are engineered for steady production.
The ProCenter
The ProCenter combines the workstation, dust collector, and chair-height workbench into one self-contained unit. It includes the latest in cartridge-type filtration, an automatic shaker and a hopper. With a large work chamber and hinged front door, the ProCenter is ergonomically designed for total operator comfort with excellent visibility and superior cleanliness.
